EU, Switzerland, UK: All orders within the EU, the UK, and Switzerland are shipped free of charge with DHL Express. Packages are generally delivered within 2-4 business days after being shipped from our warehouse – depending on geographic location.
Norway: Orders in Norway are shipped free of charge with Bring and Post Nord. Delivery time may vary depending on location. In general, packages are delivered within 1-5 business days after being shipped from our warehouse. Need it faster? Choose DHL Express for 250 NOK.
US: US orders are shipped with DHL Express at a cost of $20 USD. Packages are generally delivered within 2-4 business days after being shipped from our warehouse – depending on geographic location.
The O.A.D. Customer Care Team will process orders within the same day, or the next business day, after an order is confirmed.
Your O.A.D. package will be delivered to the shipping address provided in the order. You will receive information directly from the shipping provider (DHL Express, Bring, Post Nord) when the package is expected to be delivered. Additionally, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link to monitor the status of your order.
