If you wish to make a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] and we will send you a return form, with instructions on how to proceed.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please complete a return and then place a new order on our website for the correct item. The return amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order, and must be returned in their original condition.
Returns within Norway, using Bring and PostNord, are free of charge; with DHL Express there is a cost of 250 NOK. Returns on international orders with DHL Express in Switzerland, the UK, and the EU, have a cost of 25€. Returns with DHL Express from the US have a cost of $25 USD. Please note that your return shipping fee (where applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Once the return is received and approved for a refund, you will be notified by e-mail.
